ALBUQUERQUE, NM, JULY 24, 2023 – CUMULUS MEDIA (NASDAQ: CMLS)
Cumulus Albuquerque has partnered with Dreamstyle Remodeling and Pete’s Landscaping and Materials to collect urgently needed items for Albuquerque’s unhoused community this summer.
Cumulus Albuquerque team members will collect donations of bottled water, Gatorade, and hygiene products for area shelters on Wednesday, July 26, 2023, from 7:00 am – 7:00 pm at Dreamstyle Remodeling, 1460 N Renaissance Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM, 87107.
Shane Rabindranath, Executive Director, Steelbridge said: “What people don’t understand during the summer months is that giving drastically slows down, but our expenses like electricity to keep residents cool and water supplies to reach those on the street only increase.”

Lawmakers joined the homeless population Saturday night in the metro to walk in their shoes for a bit.
“Pick Up New Mexico” invited Sen. Harold Pope Jr. and Rep. Eleanor Chavez to stay the night in the streets. It’s all with hopes of gaining more insight into this population.

Albuquerque ministry serves Thanksgiving meals to the community. Steelbridge Ministries and the Rock at Noonday hosted their annual Thanksgiving meal for the homeless.
The event served roughly 400 people from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. All of the food was donated by the community, who also helped out with the event.
