Women’s Program Director
The Women’s Program Director provides leadership and oversight for Steelbridge’s Women’s Program, supporting residents, staff, and house leaders while ensuring the program operates effectively and in alignment with Steelbridge’s mission, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the Women’s Program and provide leadership to female house leaders.
Conduct applicant interviews and support residents throughout the program.
Ensure participation in required classes, activities, and programming.
Recruit and train residents, volunteers, and staff to lead classes and activities.
Maintain strong, professional relationships with residents, staff, and ministry partners.
Support program reporting, improvement, and growth initiatives.
Qualifications
Alignment with Steelbridge’s Statement of Faith.
Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of ministry work or volunteer experience.
Valid New Mexico Driver’s License or ability to obtain one by date of hire.
Strong leadership, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple responsibilities.
Basic proficiency with Office 365.
