Do You Ever Feel Unloved?

Overwhelming. Never-ending. Relentless. Sometimes feelings of despair can feel that way.

Are you feeling worthless today? Do you ever feel like you don’t deserve to be loved?

There’s no shadow You won’t light up
Mountain You won’t climb up
Coming after me
There’s no wall You won’t kick down
Lie You won’t tear down
Coming after me
— Reckless Love (lyrics)

Many of us have been deeply wounded and rejected. We’ve suffered rejection and abandonment.

Here’s some good news for you: You are loved.

You’re loved so deeply that words fail to describe it. In fact, God has to open the eyes of your soul for you to see or understand.

God loves you. He knows the worst thing about you, the thing no one else knows about, and loves you anyway.

The love of God came in the person of Jesus. He was human, touchable proof of God’s love.

He gave up His life so you could live yours. He experienced death so you could experience real life.

You may not be thinking about Him but He’s thinking about you. You may not be looking for Him. But He is looking for you.

Steelbridge puts hands, feet and smiling faces on this love as we reach out to the rejected, abandoned, and broken on the streets of Albuquerque. We allow Jesus to use us to rescue and restore with love that is overwhelming, never-ending, and relentless.

Will you join us?
