Restoring Lives, Rebuilding Hope, Transforming Futures.

Hope begins with a meal…& can end with a solution

Formerly known as the Albuquerque Rescue Mission, Steelbridge traces its roots back to 1954 when it was founded as the Albuquerque Gospel Mission. Inspired by their experiences at the Pacific Garden Mission in Chicago, Arthur Fleischer and his wife came to Albuquerque with a vision of compassion. Their original site on First Street provided shelter, food, clothing, and ministry to those in need.

Steelbridge offers a program that incorporates counseling, behavioral health services, spiritual guidance, life skills, job skills, financial planning, and other solutions to help individuals going through addiction, homelessness, trauma, human trafficking, and youths aging out of foster care.
